2 Hour Buns Recipe
2 Hour Buns
3 cups warm water
½ cup sugar
6 tbsp oil
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp instant yeast
2 eggs beaten
Flour to form a soft ball
Combine first 5 ingredients, and then add eggs. Add enough flour to form a soft ball. Pat with oil. Let rise 15 minutes. Punch down. Repeat 3 times. On fourth rise make into buns. Let rise 1 hour in pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350-400 (depending on oven).
